A guide to materials, buying and selling, payments, transport, disputes, and sustainability on OxCira.
OxCira operates as a digital platform connecting sellers with buyers and facilitating business opportunities and transaction management. Listing materials on the platform does not mean that OxCira owns or purchases them, unless a separate agreement explicitly states otherwise.
Industrial companies, factories, commercial establishments generating recyclable materials, buyers, recycling facilities, and logistics service providers can register, subject to the requirements applicable to their activities.
OxCira supports the trading of various reusable and recyclable materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, paper and cardboard, used industrial oils, used cooking oil, batteries, tires, and other industrial materials.
Hazardous materials are subject to specific procedures based on their classification, characteristics, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. Examples may include industrial oils and used cooking oil classified as hazardous waste, batteries containing hazardous substances, chemical solvents, industrial acids and alkalis, chemical waste, containers contaminated with hazardous substances, and certain medical and industrial wastes. The classification of each material depends on its properties, composition, and use. All required licenses and permits must be obtained, and the eligibility of parties involved in the sale, transportation, treatment, or recycling must be verified before the transaction proceeds.
Contact our team and provide details about the material, its quantity, and its location. We will assess the request and work to identify a suitable buyer, subject to the material’s characteristics and applicable requirements.
Provide the material type, quantity, location, photos, condition, and asking price, along with relevant specifications and any additional required information.
Buyers browse available listings and submit offers or negotiate with sellers. Both parties then agree on the price, specifications, inspection arrangements, and delivery terms before completing the transaction.
Transactions may be conducted through direct sales, auctions, competitive offers, or recurring supply contracts, depending on the options available and the terms of each transaction.

Yes. Parties can arrange recurring supply contracts for agreed quantities and schedules, depending on material availability and their requirements. Prices, quantities, timelines, and responsibilities should be specified in the contract.
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the materials. Buyers may inspect the materials and verify their quality and quantity before confirming receipt. OxCira facilitates coordination but does not independently guarantee material quality.
The buyer can contact OxCira via email and attach supporting evidence. OxCira will follow up with both parties in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.
If the seller does not have an available weighing scale, the buyer arranges loading and weighing after the parties agree on the price per ton. The buyer then submits the weight documentation to OxCira for review and approval. If a discrepancy arises, the submitted records are reviewed and the actual weight is verified. The final transaction value is calculated using the agreed price per ton and the approved weight. If either party raises an objection, OxCira coordinates with both parties to resolve the discrepancy before finalizing the invoice and settling the payment.
Payments are processed through SADAD in accordance with the approved payment arrangement. OxCira retains the full transaction amount until the buyer confirms receipt of the materials and their compliance with the agreed specifications.
The seller’s proceeds are transferred within two business days after the buyer confirms receipt and compliance with the agreed specifications, provided that no objection has been raised.
OxCira coordinates with both parties to address objections within seven business days, in accordance with its approved procedures. The disputed amount remains on hold until the issue is resolved under the applicable settlement process.
OxCira facilitates coordination with logistics service providers when available. Transportation costs and the responsibilities of each party are determined according to the agreed transaction terms.
Registration on OxCira is completely free. Sellers do not pay any fees or costs to list their materials or complete transactions. A commission may apply to buyers on certain transactions, depending on the transaction type and applicable terms. Any applicable commission and its amount are clearly disclosed to the buyer before the transaction is confirmed.
Users can track transaction status, execution stages, and recorded information according to the tracking features available on the platform.
OxCira supports the documentation of material data, quantities, and transactions to help companies prepare sustainability reports and environmental indicators, based on available data and applicable calculation methodologies.
